They offer various programs to support these students, including a two-year Six Form for school leavers and other programmes and services. The school helps students develop life skills, embrace independence and prepare for the next steps in education or employment. Key Responsibilities: Provide classroom-based support to post-16 students with SEND. Accompany and support students at work experience placements 1 day a week Develop students' confidence, independence, and employability skills. Work closely with teachers, employers, and external agencies to create a supportive and inclusive work environment Support behaviour management and promote emotional regulation strategies.
