Role Overview As the Residential Children’s Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall operation and management of the home. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of dedicated staff to support children in a safe, nurturing environment. Key Duties Managing the daily operations of the home, adhering to Ofsted and legislative requirements. Creating and implementing bespoke care plans tailored to each child’s needs.
