Model and reinforce consistent approaches to self-regulation, including responding appropriately to stimming, echolalia, and self-injurious behaviour

Are you an experienced SEMH Teacher who skills and experience are not having the impact they should have, because of the environment or lack of support.
Arriving at the school with its modern building in an open space, and then meeting the staff, you immediately feel this is a welcoming environment. The therapy dogs in reception set the tone for the rest of the school. It is a happy place to work.
An extremely experienced HLTA is in the classroom, provides welcome support, taking over lessons when you are engaged in PPA.
