About the role: As Family Liaison Officer, you will be the vital link between families, students, and school staff. You will work closely with parents and carers to help with positive relationships, improve students' attendance, and support students’ emotional and social wellbeing. Your role will be key in removing barriers to learning and ensuring families feel supported and engaged throughout their child’s educational journey. Key responsibilities for the role; Building trusting and effective relationships with families and carers. Supporting families to engage with school processes and services. Working alongside teaching staff and external agencies to coordinate support plans. Helping to improve student attendance and punctuality through positive interventions.
