ABA Tutor – Kensington and Chelsea
Permanent Role | £20,000 - £23,000
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Autism? Looking to start a career in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and gain hands-on experience in an outstanding educational setting?
We are working with a renowned SEN-specialised school in the heart of Central London, consistently graded as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. Catering to students from Reception to Key Stage 4, this school provides an exceptional environment, utilizing a unique ABA and Verbal Behaviour (VB) approach to support students with Autism. With both a primary and secondary site, this is an incredible opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
About the Role – ABA Trainee Tutor:
- Work 1:1 and in small groups with children with Autism, supporting their individual needs.
- Choose to work in either primary or secondary settings based on your preference.
- Receive specialist training in ABA/VB to help you develop your skills and understanding of Autism support.
- Play a key role in creating and implementing personalised education programmes for each student.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for supporting students with Autism and a desire to make a difference.
- ABA experience is a bonus but not essential – full training will be provided!
- Graduates with SEN experience (either professional or personal) are strongly encouraged to apply.
- A proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to build strong professional relationships with students and staff.
