Parker Smith Inclusion is working in partnership with an Alternative Provision based in Thurrock who are currently looking to recruit a passionate and dynamic Maths Teacher to join their team.
The school specialises in supporting the social and emotional educational needs of their students who range in age from 11 to 16 years old who have either been excluded from mainstream education or have medical needs that prevent them from attending a mainstream setting. It is a nurturing, inclusive community where students are able to grow and develop.
The role:
- Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 Maths
- Work as part of a team and be adaptable to help the students development and progress
- Be resilient and nurturing
This position would suit both someone with SEND or PRU experience as well as someone who is looking to transition into SEND from mainstream education
