School-Based Occupational Therapist's responsibilities
- Conducting assessments and developing individualised treatment plans for primary-age children with Speech and Language needs (SLCN) diagnosis
- Providing direct therapy interventions to support children's motor skills, sensory processing, and self-regulation
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the curriculum and daily routines
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Contributing to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to promote inclusion and well-being
