What You’ll Bring: Experience supporting children with SLCN, ideally in a school setting. An understanding of effective SLCN strategies and a toolkit of techniques for promoting language development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. Flexibility, patience, and a proactive attitude in supporting a diverse range of students. TA/HLTA qualifications, or relevant SLCN experience within education (HLTA status is an advantage).
