Primary SEMH Teachers – Chelmsford
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: MPS1–MPS6 | ECTs Welcome
Are you ready to teach differently? To teach with impact?
In the peaceful, green surroundings of 10 acres of open land on the outskirts of Chelmsford, the purpose-built SEMH primary school is more than just a school—it’s a space for transformation. They work with small groups of 6–8 children in bright, open classrooms, blending structured learning with therapeutic support. And we’re looking for dedicated, emotionally intelligent teachers to join us in September 2025.
Whether you’re an experienced SEMH teacher or an ECT ready to take on something truly meaningful, this is a place where your journey will matter, because every child here deserves a champion.
We welcome teachers with a background in Key Stage 1 or 2, and those ready to grow their skills in a specialist, nurturing environment. If you’ve got a strong sense of purpose, a love for outdoor learning (yes, we have animals!), and you believe in the power of positive intervention rather than just marking, we want to hear from you.
This is a school where you’ll make your mark—not in books, but in lives.
Let’s have a conversation about your impact.
