1-1 Behaviour Mentor
ASAP Start, Full-time, Term Time Only
£85-90 per day PAYE
We are looking for a resilient, willing and calm person to work with this particular young person who requires behavioural support. In this role, you would be working alongside another adult to help support complex mental health needs and help de-escalate any extreme behaviour. This role will include challenging behaviour therefore, the candidate must hold a strong presence, ability to build strong bonds and be passionate about making a positive impact on a student's life.
Located in Richmond, this is an amazing opportunity to work with a specialist SEN school who have an incredibly supportive headteacher and wonderful staff team. The team take pride in providing creative and therapeutic education for children aged 11-19 with high-functioning Autism and associated learning difficulties.
