1:1 Behaviour Mentor - SEMH School - £450 - £500 per week

Location – Tower Hamlets

Salary - £90 - £100 Per day PAYE

Have you got experience working in a PRU or similar setting?

Can you develop relationships with both young pupils and their families?

Here at Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with an all-through school in Tower Hamlets, they are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join their highly experience team to work 1:1 with a student with SEMH needs. The Behaviour Mentor should ideally have experience in working within a PRU or similar setting, they should have experience in working with challenging behaviour and be able to build relationships with students with Social Emotional Mental health.

The School

This alternative provision aims to provide an educational experience through personalised learning and development by offering young people a physical, intellectual, emotional and social curriculum, ensuring they meet each pupil’s needs individually. You would be working alongside a team of experienced and dedicated staff whose main focus is on the children’s positive attributes, these pupils will all have social emotional and mental health and can’t attend mainstream school.

The ideal Behaviour Mentor

The ideal behaviour mentor would have experience in working within a PRU or Similar setting.

The Behaviour Mentor should be passionate about making a difference and working with students with Special educational needs

The ideal behaviour mentor would ideally have experience in working with challenging behaviour and know how to overcome behavioural challenges
