We here at Parker Smith Inclusion are working with a wonderful Mainstream Primary School in Thurrock that are looking for someone join their fantastic team of supportive and nurturing staff. The role is a 1:1 SEN LSA , you will be supporting a student who will be going into KS2 in September, the student has a diagnosis of Autism and is non-verbal. The school is a brilliant place to be a part of, they make sure their team are excellent role models. They value the total development of every child’s spiritual, moral, intellectual, social, emotional and physical enhancement. Working as a 1:1 SEN LSA is such a rewarding and fulfilling role where you can build bonds and be a part of their progression. There is some level of challenging behaviour so feeling confident enough to manage this is essential to the role.
