Do you have a passion for supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs?

Are you seeking a rewarding role that will allow you to change the lives of vulnerable young people?

Perhaps you have exceptional knowledge of trauma and are looking for the next step?

I am working with a fantastic comprehensive secondary school in the London Borough of Redbridge who are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a student presenting with SEMH needs due to a highly trauma-related upbringing. The student is in Year 11 and has also been known to self-harm, therefore this role would appeal to a strong individual with an interest in and knowledge of CAMHS.

This school firmly believes in producing confident and respectful learners who can exceed barriers and seize new opportunities throughout their academic journeys, preparing them for future education or employment.

This is the first occasion in which Redbridge has funded 1:1 support within schools, therefore this trailblazing role will be sure to leave a lasting impact and change the lives of vulnerable students.
