Are you a strong individual with the ability to support the implementation of new and existing SEND policies
We here at Parker Smith are currently working with a wonderful Mainstream Primary School in the London Borough of Bexley that are looking for an Inclusion Lead, they would like someone who is experienced and passionate to work alongside the Headteacher and other members of the SLT providing strategic planning, organisation and management of the school.
An exceptional Inclusion Lead-
Will make sure the SEND policy is ceaselessly implemented to fully support individual pupils with SEND
Be able to successfully collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other outside agencies
Confidently act as Wellbeing Lead and Deputy DSL, taking an active lead in improvement across the school
