Behaviour Learning Support Assistant

LOCATION: Newham

START DATE: ASAP

CONTRACT TYPE: Long term

PAY: £90 per day PAYE

The Behaviour Learning Support Assistant role

I am looking for passionate, positive individuals who are looking for the next challenge in their career. The Behaviour Learning Support Assistant should have experience working within SEN, ideally SEMH. All children in this school have a SEMH diagnosis and therefore require a supportive Behaviour Learning Support Assistant in order to encourage them to achieve their best. Whilst academic achievement is important, it is also important for the young people in this school to be supported in regards to their social, emotional and mental health needs. Therefore, it is imperative that the behaviour Learning Support Assistant can form good, trusting relationships with the students

Are you the ideal Behaviour Learning Support Assistant?

  • The ideal Behaviour Learning Support Assistant will have previous experience working with children in an SEN role, preferably with SEMH experience.
  • As the behaviour learning support assistant, you should be professional, resilient and have a great attitude to work in order to produce the best support for your pupils!
  • This role would also suit someone looking to progress in their career and gain further experience within SEN.
