The role

I am seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to work within a SEMH school located in South-East London. The school is focused on delivering the highest level of support to young people who are unable to attend mainstream school. The school is determined to provide every student with the best chance in life and succeeding in their education.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate for this role would be a passionate individual interested in expanding their knowledge and experience within a SEMH environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further their understanding of SEN and show their passion for wanting to help young people and children. Working within a SEMH school can be very challenging at times. Therefore the right candidate should feel comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour.
