Behaviour Support Assistant - Wandsworth - Immediate start 

Do you have a passion for SEND and would love to work with children and young people?

Are you an experienced SEND specialist who would like a new challenge?

I am seeking creative, bubbly and proactive Behaviour Support Assistants to join a lovely school as soon as possible. This is an independent specialist day school for children and young people aged 7-19 years old who are unable to access mainstream education due to their additional needs. All students have an EHCP – High functioning ASD, SEMH and associated conditions and the setting is focused on behaviour  with students that require mentoring, emotional regulation and nurturing.

  • The school hours are 8:30-4pm (Mon-Fri)

Who we are looking for - Behaviour Support Assistant

  • Experience of working with children and young people with high functioning Autism, SEMH, behavioural issues and related conditions.
  • Have a genuine desire to build a career around Special Educational Needs
  • Previous experience in both secondary and primary is a bonus!
  • Excel at building strong relationships with both staff and students
