8:30am to 3:30pm

Personal care and working with challenging behaviour will be required from staff applying for the role, however this will be conducted through a two to one in regards to the personal care, so you will be accompanied when assisting personal care. Training is also additionally provided by the school.
We are looking for a supportive and nurturing individual to fill the position of Complex Needs Support Worker and work with young people with complex needs. You would work with ages 3 to 11 with a range of complex needs including Autism, Downs Syndrome, social communication difficulties, and other learning difficulties. Previous experience with SEN would be required however we do accept experience from varied sources such personal or professional experience and from other type of support roles.
