An Independent SEMH School in East London is actively searching for graduate behaviour mentors to work with Sixth Form Students with a diagnosis of SEMH and other learning difficulties.
With a focus on nurture and trauma informed practice, this SEMH School in East London is dedicated to providing education and mental health support to children and young people in vulnerable situations and with learning difficulties who have found it difficult to stay in mainstream education.
These unique and intelligent pupils are in need of nurturing support from empathetic and energetic graduate behaviour mentors who can think on their feet, relate to pupils on their level, and understand the challenges that they may be facing.
The ideal candidate could be…
- A graduate with an interest in working in SEND education.
- An energetic people-person with a talent for working with young people.
- Understanding and empathetic to challenges facing young people with a diagnosis of SEND/SEMH
