I am actively searching for SEN Learning Support Assistants and aspiring Trainee SEN Teachers for a brand new, purpose built Special School in East London. This school belongs to an amazing trust that promises countless development and training routes that could see you go all the way up to Assistant Head! With secondment and training opportunities, this role is a real foot in the door for the rest of your career.

Currently a small, tight-knit, and supportive unit of staff and students, this school is searching for unique, creative, and intelligent graduates with an empathy, understanding and curiosity for children with Autism and Complex Needs.

 

The ideal candidate could be…

  • A graduate looking for somewhere to begin their career in an emerging sector of education and get a foot in the door in a brand new, purpose built school.
  • Someone with previous experience with children with SEND or an interest in neurodivergence and autism.
  • Open and ambitious – progression and development is clearly in sight from day 1!
