Graduate Teaching Assistant 

Salary - £80 - £90 PAYE

Location – Hackney

At Parker Smith Inclusion, we are working with a fantastic East London specialist school seeking a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join their friendly and ambitious team. The school pride itself in supporting children and young people with ASD, SEMH, and associated conditions. The experienced staff members provide specialised education that transforms the lives of children and are driven by a genuine passion to make a change. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will have the full support of the inspiring senior leadership team.

The School

I am working with a mainstream primary school based in Hackney, who are looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join there specialised team to work with two students who are both non-verbal and have a diagnosis of autism, you will be working with these students to assistant with their transition from early years into year 1

  • Excels in building a strong rapport with students and staff.
  • Ideally as a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will have experience working with SEN whether personal or professional we want to hear from you 
  • ideally as the Graduate Teaching Assistant you will have experience working in an early years setting 
  • Can adjust to and overcome challenges whilst following appropriate protocol.
