The school will provide you with full training and development to assist you with succeeding in your role which makes this a great opportunity for those looking to start their career or grow their experience.

This role is for both applicants new to the role of a Teaching Assistant and those who already have experience and are looking for a new role with in-depth training.

We are working with some incredible SEND/Mainstream Primary/Mainstream Secondary schools across Ealing who are seeking strong, dependable, pro-active and nuturing Teaching Assistants to join their team this January.

The successful applicant will be working alongside students aged 5 to 19 with Autism, challenging behaviour, dyslexia, dyspraxia and students who have had a history of school refusals or time outside of education due to personal or medical reasons.

The role is very rewarding as you will build trust and a connection with the students as you assist them in and out of the classroom environment.

If you enjoy working as part of a team, sharing knowledge and learning whilst you work with great people and students, then this is the role for you.
