Join Parker Smith Inclusion in making a real difference! We are seeking passionate Graduate Teaching Assistants for a fulfilling role at a wonderful SEN school in Wandsworth. 

This role is ideal for anyone who is an aspiring clinical psychologist, educational psychologist, child psychologist, teacher, and many more!

Position Details:

  • Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4pm) during term time
  • Start Date: Immediate start
  • Responsibilities: Supporting secondary-age children with Autism, Autism spectrum, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), including associated learning difficulties and Autism-related behaviours
  • Requirements:
    • Good understanding of Autism and effective support strategies
    • Confidence in providing positive behaviour support, particularly for dysregulated behaviours associated with Autism and SEMH
    • Excellent communication skills and able to work as a team
    • Willing to learn and not afraid of challenges
