Position Details:
- Role: Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4pm) during term time
- Start Date: Immediate start
- Responsibilities: Supporting secondary-age children with Autism, Autism spectrum, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), including associated learning difficulties and Autism-related behaviours
- Requirements:
- Good understanding of Autism and effective support strategies
- Confidence in providing positive behaviour support, particularly for dysregulated behaviours associated with Autism and SEMH
- Excellent communication skills and able to work as a team
- Willing to learn and not afraid of challenges
