I am actively seeking a passionate higher Level Teaching Assistant who has a passion and belief that every child deserves the opportunity to fulfil their full potential. The school I’m working with are looking for a higher-level Teaching Assistant who is committed in the whole development of the children this being individual talents, skills, and individual understanding. We are working with a school based in Merton, who provides cutting-edge staff development and has an innovative approach to learning and development for pupils ensuring an outstanding education ensuring it builds confidence and encourages independence and inspired learning

Higher Level Teaching Assistant requirements:

  • The Higher Level Teaching Assistant which we are looking for should have experience in working with young people with SEMH
  • Ideally has Higher Level Teaching Assistant or Tutor experience - leading small groups
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
  • The Higher Level Teaching Assistant should have a passion for working with young people with SEN
