What would this role involve?

We are now recruiting for an SEN Learning Assistant who can help meet the individual needs of each student. This Secondary school we are working alongside acknowledges each student's rights and ensures they have the right to learn and develop. The perfect SEN Learning Assistant would need to be able to work alongside a multidisciplinary team; They want the SEN Learning Assistant to be committed to helping each individual student’s improvement and ensuring they have high quality education.
