I am seeking a passionate and proactive and experienced Reception Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and ambitious team in Heston, Hounslow. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small mixed class of students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning, on a 1:1 basis.
The School is really unique and has a Fun, Vibrant and Quirky environment with bins designed as pencils and beautiful artwork patterned throughout the building.
This team pride themselves in their child-centred approach that is compassionate and promotes teamwork, inclusivity, and progression.
The ideal Teaching Assistant
- Has experience supporting students with complex needs, such as ASD, ADHD and managing challenging behaviour
- The ideal Teaching Assistant must be resilient and adapt to difficult situations
- Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
- Is committed to changing and guiding the lives of young vulnerable children
