We are working closely with a fantastic SEMH school based in Harrow. This role would require determination, leadership skills and a nurturing nature. The position is for a Mental Health Support Worker to work primarily with a pupil who has a diagnosis of Autism and Challenging Behaviour. This position requires strong behaviour management due to the needs of the pupils so the right candidate for this role will of had experience working with challenging behaviours previously and any extra training/qualifications in this field would be fantastic.

The school is looking to appoint an energetic, patient, firm but kind Mental Health Support Worker to be based across a mix of different year groups. The school are welcoming applications from anyone with a background in supporting children and young people with Autism and challenging behaviour, this could be in a youth work or non - education based background.
