At PS Inclusion, we are currently working with a specialist SEND school in West London who are seeking a MLD/SLD Teaching Assistant. Being one of the largest SEND schools in the country, the team hold well-being at the heart of everything. As a MLD/SLD Teaching Assistant, you will have a vital role in shaping children’s future and supporting their educational progression.

The School

  • A specialist school for children and young adults who are unable to access mainstream schools due to complex needs – such as ASD.
  • Pupils learn skills and develop the confidence needed to become a valued, integrated, and independent members of the community.
  • Through learning, work and play they nurture, challenge, and inspire children to reach their full potential.
  • Modern facilities and large outdoor areas, including a sensory garden, football pitches, and active areas with built-in trampolines etc.
  • Rumi – the school therapy dog.

  • Having a genuine passion for helping SEN children as a MLD/SLD Teaching Assistant is a must.
  • A MLD/SLD Teaching Assistant will hold the ability to go above and beyond to change the lives of young people.
  • Excellent communication skills.
