SEN Teaching Assistant Early years – Enfield

Mainstream Primary 

Monday – Friday 

£80 - £100 PAYE

The Role 

We are working with a fantastic mainstream primary school in Enfield, working with a lovely group of young children. In this role,  you will be working within their outstanding S.E.N. team, supporting six students with A.S.D. and jumping in to support the class with some general TA duties when needed.  In this role, no two days are the same, so you will have to be able to adapt to new challenges each day! This is a long-term temporary role with opportunities to go perm if it’s the right fit for you!  

 

The Ideal Person 

The ideal SEN TA will be someone who can be resilient and passionate about supporting children with SEND needs. We are after a proactive and positive individual striving to meet children's learning needs! This is the role for you if you are: 

  • Resilient, and able to remain calm in a high pressure 

  • Able to build good relationships with children with special education needs. 

  • Empathetic, and approachable. 

Any experience is supporting children with autism and other SEND needs (formal or informal) is greatly preferred.
