Are you seeking a role where you can build bonds with students and be a positive guiding role model for students with challenging behaviour?

We are working with a Mainstream Primary School situated in Hillingdon to find a Behaviour Mentor to support students ages 5 - 16 who have been removed from their classroom and placed in a provision due to challenging behaviour. Within this role, you will build bonds with the students and support them throughout the academic day to help encourage focus and positive behaviour.

This amazing opportunity provides a rewarding role where you will see the students grow and develop both academically and personally. You will also gain amazing training and credentials for your own professional development. In addition to training, this role also provides various pathways for your career, with you working closely with social workers, safeguarding officers, and other professionals. This can help should you wish to go down these career paths or consider working in another role within education, such as an HLTA, Teacher or SENCo later in your career.
