Primary School Teaching Assistant – Autism and Complex Needs
£80- £95 PAYE
Based in Newham
I am actively searching for dedicated, creative and nurturing SEN Teaching Assistants for a wonderful primary school in East London. This role would be working in the school’s SEN provision: a class dedicated to support a small number of students with ASC, Complex Needs and who are non-verbal. This school belongs to a fantastic trust with numerous development pathways and progression opportunities from teacher training to assistantship specialisms.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Some experience working with primary children or early years.
- Some experience with students with ASC, Complex Needs and who are non-verbal.
- A fun, engaging and nurturing personality.
- Experience with personal care.
- A creative and measured approach to student behaviour and learning methods.
