We here at Parker Smith Inclusion are working with a wonderful, three form entry Mainstream Primary School in the London Borough of Waltham Forest that are looking for a Teacher to join their fantastic team of supportive and nurturing staff. Their vision is all about providing the best for their pupils, parents and staff. They make sure their team are excellent role models, they aim to help develop their students into people who care deeply about each other and who have a curiosity and passion for lifelong learning.
The perfect SEN Teacher-
- Can use learning objectives to plan, evaluate and differentiate lessons
- Is able to manage the work and development of support staff
- Happy to be creative in your teaching to support the needs of the children beyond the National Curriculum/EYFS
- Has a love and passion for education
- Confident in communicating effectively with pupils, parents and carers
- Willing to collaborate and work with colleagues and other professionals particularly the Speech and Language Therapist and Educational Psychologist
- Can create professional relationships with their amazing team
- Is nurturing, kind, patient and understanding
