We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching assistant to join a beautiful primary school in Hillingdon. - You will be supporting students who have been diagnosed with Autism (ASC), MLD (Mild Learning Difficulties) and SEMH(Social Emotional mental Health).
- Work closely with individual students or small groups to provide additional support and address specific learning needs
- Assist with classroom management, ensuring a low level of behaviour issues and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with the class teacher to create and implement individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs
- Provide feedback to the class teacher on students' progress and achievements
