Do you have a passion and talent for supporting children and young people with social emotional and mental health disorders?

Do you have experience working as a Secondary Behaviour/Learning Mentor with young people who are not able to attend mainstream school and have a background of behavioural challenges? Are you keen to make a difference to the lives of children and young people whilst building your experience and furthering your career in SEND/SEMH?

I am actively seeking a passionate and experienced behaviour mentor to worked with an ASD pupil on a 2:1 basis with another member of staff, this role requires you have ASD experience.

Even if your experience is informal/voluntary, I want to hear from you! The children you will support will have a variety of needs which can include significant complex behaviour challenges and sometimes associated SEND.

PRU Behaviour Mentor requirements:

 ● Experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour and ASD

● Secondary Teaching Assistant /  Learning Mentor / Youth Worker experience / Behaviour Mentor

 ● Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships

● A passion for working with SEND is essential
