Do you have a passion and talent for supporting children and young people with behavioural and social emotional and mental health needs?
We are working with a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) that is based within cental London. The school has a primary and secondary site and is looking for experienced behavioural mentors to join both of their sites in September. Suitable candidates must have experience supporting young people. You must be resilient, understanding and confident in supporting young people with behavioural and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
Even if your experience is informal/voluntary, I want to hear from you! The children you will support will have a variety of needs which can include significant complex behaviour challenges and sometimes associated SEND.
PRU Behaviour Mentor requirements:
● Experience of working with young people with challenging behaviour and SEMH
●Teaching Assistant / Learning Mentor / Youth Worker experience / Behaviour Mentor
● Ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
● A passion for working with SEND is essential

● Excellent experience and training for aspiring Teachers, Pastoral workers, Child Psychologists, Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Counsellors, and Social Workers
