Rate - £90 - £100 PAYE

I am working with a fantastic SEMH school based in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham who pride themselves in their inclusivity and neurodiversity. Pupils range from the ages of 7-19 and present with significant complexity and co-morbidity linked to adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) including childhood trauma or secondary trauma linked to family marginalisation, loss of homes or relationships or pupil bullying and multiple exclusions. The school are seeking a PRUTeaching Assistant to provide full support to the students and help change their attitude to learning.

- Experience in MAPA/PECS/Team Teach or other interventions is beneficial.
- Will go above and beyond to change the lives of young people.
- Excels in building strong rapport with students and staff.
- The ideal PRU Teaching Assistant can adjust to and overcome challenges whilst following appropriate protocol.
