Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant seeking a new role within a rewarding and fully inclusive setting?

I am seeking a passionate and proactive Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and ambitious team in Ealing.

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small mixed class of PMLD students and helping them to overcome barriers to learning. Assisting with personal care is a necessity of this role.

This team pride themselves in their child-centred approach that is compassionate and promotes teamwork, inclusivity, and progression. You will be paired with a ‘buddy’ on your first few weeks to ensure a smooth transition.

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you must have experience supporting students with complex needs and managing challenging behaviour. You must be able to adapt to difficult situations and build/maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries.
