I am working with an excellent SEMH PRU based in the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham who pride themselves in their inclusivity and neurodiversity. This PRU caters for students between the ages of 7-19 who present with significant complexity and comorbidity; linked to childhood trauma, loss of homes or relationships, bullying or multiple exclusions.
The PRU is seeking an experienced LSA to provide full support to the students and transform their attitude towards learning and make the most out of their academic journeys. The behaviour presented here is challenging, therefore resilience and adaptability is crucial.
The ideal LSA?

- The ideal LSA will have SEN experience, preferably with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
- Will be resilient and adaptable and will overcome challenges whilst following protocol.
- The LSA must have a genuine passion for SEN and transforming the lives of students.
- The ideal LSA must excel in building rapport with students and staff.
