Parker Smith Inclusion is actively recruiting for several SEMH Outreach Mentors to support young people facing barriers to mainstream learning.
The role of a SEMH Outreach Mentor is to support hard to reach young people with a range of special education needs including SEMH, ACE, ASD and Sensory and communication difficulties. The position involves working 1:1 or with small groups of students in the community who are accessing individualised learning pathways.
Applicants for this role MUST have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with children with social emotional and mental health needs.
The position is fulltime, with a full training day included every Friday.
