SEN Behaviour Teaching Assistants Wanted – Essex

I am actively searching for confident, passionate, and dedicated individuals to work as Applied Behaviour Tutors at an SEN School in Essex. Those with the drive to support, empathise with and care for children exhibiting challenging and difficult behaviour can be found in this Ofsted Outstanding School. Furthermore, this Essex school works hard to offer a training and development scheme that can build qualifications year on year, to staff and aims to excel in their support of vulnerable children.

The ideal candidate could have/be…

  • Looking to work with children experiencing mental health challenges and guide them through at a crucial point in their lives.
  • Empathetic, understanding, and caring
  • Looking to get experience working with challenging behaviour and passionate about a career working with children.
  • A psychology graduate seeking to gain experience within the sector.
  • An ability to connect and relate to children experiencing difficult periods of their lives and seeking to support them through it.
  • Searching for a supportive, inclusive, and rewarding workplace with training and development opportunities.

THIS ROLE WOULD BE IDEAL FOR A RECENT PYSCHOLOGY GRADUATE LOOKING TO GAIN PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND INSIGHT INTO CHILDREN WITH SEN.
