The School
We are now working with a SEN school in Havering, where over 150 students between the ages of 4-19 attend with a range of needs, including; Autism, sensory needs, medical syndromes and also sensory needs. This school are looking for an individual to join their community where values are shared and respect is integral. This school build a community where each individual is understood, nurtured, kept safe and celebrate, they are looking for a passionate Learning Support Assistant to join this comminuity, could this be the school for you?

- Experienced in working with Special needs
- The perfect SEN Learning Support Assistant should have a nurturing and calming personality
- The SEN Learning Support Assistant should have a passion and drive to ensure the pupils are able to build on a platform for life-long learning and educational success.
- The SEN Learning Support Assistant should be confident in working with challenging behaviour
- The SEN Learning Support Assistant should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour.
- The SEN Learning Support Assistant should be open to assisting with personal care
- Should be open to helping with swimming lessons
