Teaching Assistant Requirements
- Ability to engage with children with SEMH/SEND
- The ability to inspire children to achieve their best even under challenging circumstances.
- Experience working with SEMH, ASD, ADHD - Not essential, though.
- Nurturing, patient, and empathetic personality.
