About the SEND school and Teacher Role;
The school is a SEN specialist school for students with autism aged 3-19, they are looking for an experienced and passionate teacher to join their welcoming and supportive team. The successful candidate must have strong SEN experience ideally in teaching young people with autism, and to use different techniques to enhance their learning and experiences. The needs can vary in complexity for each student so it is important to be able to deliver creative and person-centered lessons across primary and secondary, the class size is usually up to 8 students.

- Have QTS/QTLS - Instructors and Unqualified Teachers still considered
- Be passionate about teaching children and young people with SEN

- Have ambition to take on additional responsibilities and leadership
- Be a brilliant teacher (mainstream teachers are welcome, the school are proven trainers!!)
