SEN Teacher

Located in the London Borough of Wandsworth, this leading school prides itself on providing outstanding educational opportunities for students with special educational needs (SEN). The school are looking for a full-time qualified teacher with QTS to join their expert team starting now and for September. You will be joining a team who is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

In this exciting role, you will:

• work part of a specialist team to lead small class groups in all aspects of the curriculum

• prepare and deliver inspirational and creative lessons

• deliver highly effective teaching, learning and assessment and make a broader positive contribution to school life

• promote a love of learning and enable pupils to make progress towards positive academic and EHCP outcomes

We’d love to hear from you if:

• you have qualified teacher status (QTS) in the UK

• you are passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential

• you have experience working with SEN learners between the ages of 5-19

• you have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing

• you are able to think creatively and engage positively with learners with a broad range of complex needs
