What you can expect as an SEN Teacher:
- An early start in July or a September start.
- If you're newly qualified, induction events to help you develop relationships with other Teachers just starting out.
- The opportunity to work across different schools if you choose or stay within one school and develop a career there.
- Weekly coaching sessions with your mentor to help develop your practice and support your career progression.
- Access to fantastic wellbeing and mental health support services.
