I am actively searching for Qualified Teachers searching for a rewarding, challenging and stable  career working with SEN children. This collection of Special Schools and Primary Schools boast an impressive programme of training and development pathways, so that everyone has a view of progression and success from day one. And if that’s not your thing, the Trust ensures that your career within SEN Education is supported with outstanding mental health and wellbeing resources.

What you can expect as an SEN Teacher:

  • An early start in July or a September start.
  • If you're newly qualified, induction events to help you develop relationships with other Teachers just starting out.
  • The opportunity to work across different schools if you choose or stay within one school and develop a career there.
  • Weekly coaching sessions with your mentor to help develop your practice and support your career progression.
  • Access to fantastic wellbeing and mental health support services.
