I am seeking a passionate and proactive and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and ambitious school in Southall.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a small group of students some of whom have been diagnosed with ASD and ADHD. The school in Southall takes pride in their teaching approach that is compassionate and promotes teamwork, individuality and hard work.
The ideal Reception Teaching Assistant
- Has experience supporting students with complex needs, such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD and managing challenging behaviour
- The ideal Teaching Assistant must be resilient and adapt to difficult situations
- Can build and maintain strong relationships whilst enforcing boundaries
- Is committed to changing the lives of vulnerable young people, and will go above and beyond at all times
