At Parker Smith, we are currently working with a fantastic School in Harlow, Essex, who are looking for an SEND Teaching Assistant to support their student with ASD. We have an amazing relationship with this school and we will always make sure that you as a candidate will be a match made in heaven to the school we hope to get you placed into. Working as a SEND Teaching Assistant is such a rewarding opportunity and you will go home and know you have made a difference, what an amazing end to your day! Experience working with SEND is always brilliant but equally the passion to work with SEND and the determination to learn can be enough.
Requirements:
- High skilled individual with experience with ASD, ADHD SEMH
- A mature and compassionate voice to help the student regulate easily
- Who not only delivers the job requirements but somebody who is kind, patient and who is willing to go the extra mile
- That is a nurturing person who makes sure all students feel important and listened to
