I am actively recruiting creative and engaging teachers for a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) schools in North East London for a September start. I am looking for a teacher who is passionate about working with SEND.

About the role of Special Educational Needs Teacher:
As a Special Educational Needs Teacher based in this East London SEND school, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons for small classes of children with profound, multiple and severe learning, health and care needs. Working as a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will understand that academic development is only possible when you address the primary need first. You will work with the school's multidisciplinary therapy team to ensure the best holistic development possible. These opportunities will suit teachers with a passion and natural ability to engage children with SEND diagnoses. You can create interactive, therapeutic, and meaningful lessons, helping children reach their full potential.
Requirements for Special Educational Needs Teacher:
- QTS or Equivalent
- Experience of working within a Special School or with SEN Students
- Evidence to show good rapport within SEN Schools
- Experience with Autism, PMLD, SLD, ADHD, or SEMH
- Creative, interactive and ability to keep children engaged in the lesson plan
