-
Guide students in developing crucial communication, social, and life skills.
-
Provide compassionate support with personal care tasks, such as feeding, toileting, and medication administration, ensuring each student’s dignity and comfort.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Experience: You’ve got hands-on experience working with children and young people with Autism/ASC and complex needs, ideally in an educational or care setting.
-
Skills: You’re knowledgeable in supporting students with physical disabilities, including those who rely on wheelchairs.
-
Background: Whether you’ve been a care worker, care assistant, or have qualifications in Health and Social Care, Psychology, Criminology, or Nursing, you’re ready to bring your expertise to this role.
-
Aspirations: You might be an aspiring educational psychologist, therapist, or educator looking to make a difference.
-
Attributes: Your communication skills are top-notch, and you bring patience, empathy, and positivity to every situation. You’re a team player who’s ready to collaborate with students, staff, and parents to support diverse needs.
