The successful candidate will work in a busy, fast-paced school environment. They must be warm and welcoming while presenting a professional image for the school. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, customer-focused, organised, and have excellent communication skills. They will need to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the school/environment while maintaining a calm manner.
The successful candidate will undertake basic admin tasks, such as assisting with the running of reception, taking and responding to telephone calls and emails, supporting school admissions, and a range of other varied admin tasks at the management’s discretion with the school's needs, managing day-to-day financial tasks like processing invoices, managing payroll, and reconciling bank accounts, alongside general administrative duties such as managing office supplies and providing support for meetings.
