Are you a qualified Speech Therapist / SaLT seeking a change or career progression?
Do you have experience in Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy and aspire to specialize in working with children?
Parker Smith Inclusion is currently collaborating with a school in. This centre will offer therapy sessions to children aged 3-11 with a diagnosis of Autism. Most of the children will attend special schools, and this service will act as an additional layer to further aid their development. Operating all year round, the service provides an opportunity to be part of a talented multidisciplinary team, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Play/Drama, and Art Therapists.
This is a remarkable opportunity for a qualified Speech Therapist to join the permanent staff team at a brand new therapy centre. You'll be part of an innovative service from its inception, led by two exceptional professionals.

Responsibilities:
As a Speech Therapist, you will deliver Speech and Language Therapy and assessments. Speech and Language therapy is integral to driving forward development and rehabilitation programs as part of the service's multidisciplinary team.
Speech and Language Therapy Hours and Contract:
- Full time, all year
- Permanent position during business hours
- Location: Hammersmith & Fulham
- September start (or sooner)
- Salaries aligned with NHS Agenda for Change banding
Candidate Requirements:
- Registered Speech and Language Therapist with the HCPC (Health Care Professions Council) or registration in process
- Paediatric experience
- Passion for Paediatric Speech and Language Therapy
- Understanding of Speech and Language Therapy processes and interventions
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Resilience and ability to manage difficult situations
- Ideally a car driver
